Considering the customer satisfaction rate, Mr. Yao clarified that the products and professional services of TPIsoftware satisfy the customers as the team of experts tailor the products to the customers' specific niche and deliver differentiated services that help in increasing customer loyalty and satisfaction rate. Being customer-centric, the company always puts the customers' needs first to imagine the customers' requirements.

In Southeast Asia, the company provides local support to customers. Discussing the payment structure to bill the clients, Mr. Yao expressed that the company base the billing on the services. TPIsoftware charges the license for a complete set of products and annual maintenance features and uses pay per milestone for billing deliveries. Considering the cost of resources and complexity of projects, the company recommends that the customers reach a project size exceeding $100,000USD. The CEO further stated that despite the difficult time of the COVID-19 pandemic in the past two years yet, in 2021, the company has accomplished many projects and milestones with the clients, and most of the project size ranges between $100,000-$4,000,000.

While concluding the interview, when the Team GoodFirms questioned Mr. Yao about where he would see TPIsoftware in a decade, he proudly expressed that the short-term goal of TPIsoftware is to enhance the products, services, and brand awareness that result in optimizing the customer experience and attracting more talents.
